Massage 4-6 drops of Signature Night Oil into clean, moist skin. Simply warm the oil in your palms then gently press into your skin, being careful to always use upward pressure. Use at night only, or twice daily when skin needs an extra dose of nutrition. Can be used on its own or layered with a moisturiser. 

After showering or bathing, warm the Relax & Nourish Body oil between palms. Take a moment to inhale the essential oil blend before applying it to clean, damp skin. Use every night before bed to nourish, repair and strengthen skin.
