Shipping policy

Indagare Natural Beauty blends our botanical face oils in small batches to ensure the highest integrity of the final products. We usually ship within 24 hours. Very occasionally, if demand has exceeded stock, processing may take up to 72 hours – plus delivery time.

Australia and New Zealand

Standard post is a flat $9.95, or free on orders over $150. Express Post is $12.95, or free on orders over $250. Delivery is generally 2–6 business days within Australia and 5–10 business days to New Zealand.

United States

Standard shipping is US$10, or free on orders over US$175. Express is US$25, or US$15 on orders over US$175. Allow 6–12 business days for standard delivery and 3–6 for express, plus time in customs.

All United States orders are sent with duties paid. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay – there is nothing further owing when your parcel arrives.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping is £9.95, or free on orders over £100. Express is £22, or £12 on orders over £100. Allow 6–12 business days for standard delivery and 3–6 for express, plus time in customs.

All United Kingdom prices include VAT, and duties are paid by us. Nothing further is owing on delivery.

Everywhere else

Standard shipping is $45, or free on orders over $300. Express is $60. Delivery times vary considerably by destination – please allow 10–20 business days for standard delivery, plus time in customs.

Orders to these destinations may attract taxes, customs duties and other fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout. Charges vary by country and we're unable to estimate them for you – your local customs authority can advise.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us because these charges weren't paid, we'll refund the merchandise value less the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred.

We don't currently ship to European Union countries.

Tracking and delivery

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Parcels are sent without a signature requirement, so they may be left in a safe place at the discretion of the delivery driver. If you'd prefer your parcel held for collection, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Customs processing can add time we have no visibility of or control over. For current delivery estimates, see the Australia Post service updates page.

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at [email] and we'll sort it out. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection law that applies to you.

If an international parcel is refused or returned to us because it wasn't collected, we'll refund the merchandise value less the original shipping cost and any return charges incurred.

Before you use your products

Please read the ingredients list in case of any known allergies. We recommend a patch test before using any new product, including ours. Place a small drop on the inside of your arm, in the crease of your elbow, and rub in gently. Leave for 24 hours to check for any reaction.

Prices and payment

Australian prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST.

United Kingdom prices are shown in pounds and include VAT.

United States prices are shown in US dollars – no sales tax applies.

Prices for other international destinations are converted from Australian dollars at the prevailing exchange rate and may vary. These prices exclude any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
