Shipping Policy

Indagare Natural Beauty blends their botanical face oils in small batches to ensure the highest integrity of the final products. We usually ship within 24 hours, but every now and then, if demand has exceeded stock, processing of orders may take up to 72 hours (this is very rare!) — plus delivery time.  

We offer FREE standard post delivery Australia-wide and to New Zealand for all orders. You may upgrade to Express Post for $14.90 (or receive free Express Post for orders over $195).

All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. 

We deliver all over the world. For international locations (outside of New Zealand), standard post is $20 and express post is $30. If your order is over $195 AUD we cover the costs for international shipping (please note that for most countries, you have amazing buying power with the Australian dollar weak compared to many global currencies). If your order is less than $195, rates will apply at checkout.

Please be aware of any customs/tax charges you may incur depending on your country and it is your responsibility to pay these. Indagare Natural Beauty will not be held liable for any import duties charged.

** Please make sure you read the ingredients list in case of any known allergies. We recommend you do a skin patch test before using any new product, including ours. Just place a small drop of your oil onto the inside of your arm, in the crease of your elbow, and rub in gently. Leave for 24 hours to ensure there is no allergic reaction.

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
