Delivery
Indagare Natural Beauty blends their botanical face oils in small batches to ensure the highest integrity of the final products. We usually ship within 24 hours, but every now and then, if demand has exceeded stock, processing of orders may take up to 72 hours (this is very rare!) — plus delivery time.
We offer FREE delivery Australia-wide and to New Zealand for orders over $69. If shipping applies, it is a flat rate of just $8.90. All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking. If you live in a capital city, you can select express delivery at checkout (must order by 12 noon - and Australia Post do not guarantee overnight delivery any longer, though express delivery still gets their priority) and rates are calculated at checkout. Regional areas may take longer even with express.
We deliver all over the world. If your order is over $195 AUD we cover the costs for international shipping (please note that for most countries, you have amazing buying power with the Australian dollar weak compared to many global currencies). If your order is less than $195, rates will apply at checkout.
Please be aware of any customs/tax charges you may incur depending on your country as Indagare Natural Beauty will not be held liable and it is your responsibility to pay these.
** Please make sure you read the ingredients list in case of any known allergies. We recommend you do a skin patch test before using any new product, including ours. Just place a small drop of your oil onto the inside of your arm, in the crease of your elbow, and rub in gently. Leave for 24 hours to ensure there is no allergic reaction.
Prices and Payment
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Refunds and Returns
- Should you make an error when ordering online at our website, Indagare Natural Beauty will exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition and the purchaser must pay to send the product back to us, and the shipping costs for Indagare Natural Beauty to send the right product back to them (flat rate of $9.90). Please return it to Po Box 311, Wellers Hill, Queensland, 4121 and email us at hello@indagarebeauty.com to advise it has been sent, along with the tracking number.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can not accept the following:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Sale items (if applicable). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot.
- Exchanges (if applicable). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@indagarebeauty.com
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with anything you return -- we can not refund an item that does not arrive back to us.
Due to the purity and potency of the ingredients we use, Indagare Natural Beauty cannot accept opened/used items in any circumstances.
We are unable to accept returns of any Indagare Natural Beauty products bought via a third party
