Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all full-sized items, so if for any reason you are not delighted with your products and/or results and wish to return it to us, we will refund the price you paid for it.
As we have formulated our products with high quality, 100% natural and organic ingredients that typically suit all skin types, a reaction is unlikely. However, if you have experienced a reaction, please let us know the details so we can help you find a solution for your skin condition.
Please note: Due to the high concentration of organic ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma and texture may occur between batches reflecting the uniqueness of each batch.
To return a product, please contact us to submit your return request within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can not accept any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
** Please make sure you read the ingredients list in case of any known allergies. We recommend you do a skin patch test before using any new product, including ours. Just place a small drop of your oil onto the inside of your arm, in the crease of your elbow, and rub in gently. Leave for 24 hours to ensure there is no allergic reaction.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs on the order you made with our store are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and the only way you can be track it is by doing this.
