As a conditioning treatment: you only need around a 50c piece for medium length hair - you don't want your hair dripping with oil! Apply the oil in sections, avoiding the scalp, and brush through to the ends one hour before washing hair as usual. 

For scalp health and to encourage hair growth: this is the ultimate treat, and we suggest you do this at least once a week. You will want to apply the oil to your hair overnight and be sure to include the scalp. Start by taking some time to massage the oil into your scalp (encouraging healthy blood flow which also supports hair growth), and be sure to then run it down to the ends of hair with your brush. You can sleep with an old hand towel on your pillow slip, though, if you are using the correct amount your hair should not be dripping with oil. Wash as usual in the morning. 

Alternatively, add 3-4 drops to your palms and warm between hands before applying the oil to ends of hair before blow-drying.
