    1. Enhance The Effects From Your Natural Skincare Products With a Healthy Diet


    When you choose only to use the best natural and organic skincare made here in Australia, you also choose to help your skin look and feel great without any nasty toxins, but there is no doubt that you will get better results from any skincare you use if you also eat a healthy diet. Collagen helps keep your skin strong and encourages elasticity, which may reduce the appearance of wrinkles and stretch marks. A diet with adequate high-quality protein is essential for collagen generation. Eat lots of colourful plant foods to get the necessary vitamins and minerals.     7. Apply the Thinnest Products First


    Although we've designed our skincare range to offer a simple yet effective routine, we understand some customers like to use products such as retinol. In winter, if you've got very dehydrated or mature skin, a lovely nourishing cream can also be beneficial on top of your face oil. If you are using multiple products from a range of brands and wonder how you incorporate each one into your routine, don't stress. There's a simple rule of thumb: start with the thinnest product in your ritual and finish with the thickest. 


    8. Wash Your Face Correctly


    Begin your face cleansing routine by rinsing with lukewarm water. Starting with your nose and working towards the edge of your face, use three fingers to massage your cleanser onto your skin gently. Rinse your hands, and then rinse the cleaning product off your face with warm - never hot! - water. Follow with your dampened konjac sponge with warm water and gently wipe your face with it - this will give you that double cleanse effect if you wear makeup (and if you don't, the sponge could even be enough to wash your face with). Pat your face dry with a clean, dry, soft cloth, but don't dry your face thoroughly - apply your Signature Night Recovery Oil while your skin is still damp. Massaging your face oils directly into damp skin not only saves you from buying an additional product (the water from your sink is perfectly fine), but your skin is the softest and most receptive to products directly after cleansing.


    9. Pay Special Attention to Your Eyes


    The skin around your eyes is thin and sensitive and is one of the first places many people begin to show signs of ageing. Taking good care of the skin around your eyes is one of the best ways to improve the overall appearance of your skin. We've all spent a fortune on expensive eye creams. Use a sunscreen that has an SPF of at least 30. The lighter your skin is, the higher SPF you need to avoid sunburn and other sun damage. However, even people with darker complexions need to use sunscreen.
